Oral Presentations​​

  • Guidelines:​

    • 8-minute presentation​

    • 2-minute question period from judges

    • .pptx format

    • Sans Serif font of your choice

  • ​File submission:​

    • The portal to submit your slides will be open from April 16 - May 8 @ 11:59 pm.

Web Design Presentation

Poster Presentations​​​

  • Guidelines:​

    • Poster must be 121.92 cm by 91.44 cm (48 x 36 inches), landscape or portrait

  • Printing:​

    • Print your posters on your own ​or pay for printing at registration.

    • Deadline for paying for poster printing is April 15, 2026.

    • The portal to submit your poster in .pdf format will be open from April 16 - May 8 @11:59 pm.

Awards

  • Division-Based Awards:

    • Oral Presentation: $250 each

    • Poster Presentation: $150 each
       

  • People’s Choice*:

    • Oral Presentation: $200 each

    • Poster Presentation: $100 each

*Individuals will also receive a certificate and social media recognition from the Canadian Journal of Chemistry.
